Welcome, Michi! Michi is a master student at the University of Innsbruck and will support the cryo team as part of his master thesis. He will focus on the integration of optical components into our next generation of surface ion traps. As part of his master thesis, Michi will develop and construct an experimental setup to test and qualify the manufactured photonic components.
